Artwork supplied
Imagetocanvas.com cannot warranty the final outcome of a print if the artwork you supply is of inferior quality or not suitable for a print size required by you. We will do our best to give you a quality finish but we cannot be held responsible for the end product if your supplied artwork is poor. It is your responsibility to ensure that all colours, sizes and cropping areas are indicated and where necessary corrected. Imagetocanvas.com can work on substandard images or photos only if asked by you. Imagetocanvas.com will print works exactly as supplied by you unless otherwise requested.

Copyright
The copyright in all works supplied by Imagetocanvas.com will remain with Imagetocanvas.com or the relevant artist or photographer.

By supplying us with artwork, you warrant that you have the copyright or licence in that image or the written permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will Imagetocanvas.com be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright

Right to refuse
Imagetocanvas.com hold the right to refuse work, which is deemed of very low quality or in contradiction with our business morals and principles. This may include but is not limited to: poor artwork, immoral or illegal materials.

Availability
Imagetocanvas.com have most advertised materials in stock at all times. We reserve the right to substitute materials for an equal or better one if the need arises.

Prices
Imagetocanvas.com prices are competitive, however we reserve the right to alter these without notice.

Payments
All orders of products need to be paid for before the order is dispatched.

The work
Imagetocanvas.com carry out in-house work. However, we reserve the right to subcontract your work if we deem it suitable or necessary.

Cancellations
A request may be cancelled after work has been commenced provided all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation are paid.  The minimum cancellation charge is £20 to cover the administration costs and the transaction charges that we incur. Where production has been started or indeed a product despatched, the full production costs, administration costs and where appropriate packing & delivery costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from any refund request.

The completed work
Imagetocanvas.com will do their best to give you a product as close to your request as possible. However, under no circumstances will Imagetocanvas.com be responsible for colour matching. Our discretion is final.

Due to the nature of ink jet printing on canvas material, 'cracking' may appear where the image is continued around the stretch frame as an image wrap.

Imagetocanvas.com will not accept 'cracking' as the sole reason for a canvas return.

Any complaint regarding a print must be logged with Imagetocanvas.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery and it is at the discretion of Imagetocanvas.com to name compensatory terms where Imagetocanvas.com feels that it is applicable.

Imagetocanvas.com do not add any protective lacquer or covering to canvas prints unless requested by the customer at time of ordering, (an additional cost will be charged for any protective coating requested).

Imagetocanvas.com are not liable for any deviation in quality or consistency of printed images and media.

Delivery
We will do out best to deliver your products in the quickest possible time without sacrificing quality. Imagetocanvas.com do not have any control over Royal Mail or courier companies. Some deliveries may be delayed due to your location, accidents or local disruptions. In these instances, Imagetocanvas.com will not be liable for any consequential loss. Please ensure that you check your delivery before signing for it. Imagetocanvas.com will not accept liability for missing or damaged items unless this is brought to the attention of the delivery company. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition.

Loss or damage
Imagetocanvas.com shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your product during transport beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us, and then only where the extra delivery insurance (extra £5) was requested during the order process.

Guarantee
This guarantee entitles you to a replacement product should it display a fault. Please note that the Imagetocanvas.com guarantee does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear or the work being subjected to anything unusual. All works must be kept in a dry cool ventilated place away from direct sunlight, extreme temperatures and extreme environments.

Although manufacturers of canvas and inks used by Imagetocanvas.com claim up to 80 years colour quality (without fading), Imagetocanvas.com cannot guarantee this claim.

The final say with regards to the validity of your guarantee lies completely with Imagetocanvas.com.
