- First of all select the photo you want to send us or upload online (note exact filename). Ideally your photo should be taken or scanned at maximum resolution
- Decide the size of your finished canvas or poster
- Choose a custom effect (if required)
- If uploading a file enter the file name
- Pay for your order online and then either upload your image (follow the instructions on-line) or post your photo / image to us
- You will receive an order confirmation as soon as your order is completed online.
- If posting your order then print the order form and post your cheque, photo / image and completed order form to us. Download a printable postal order form.
Upload your image
This is the quickest method to use. If you are uploading an image, during the online order process you will be asked to type in the EXACT file name you wish to upload later on. This is to ensure that we have your picture file name to match up with your actual downloaded picture file later on. After paying at the checkout, you will then be asked to browse your PC for that EXACT file that you specified earlier in the order process in order to upload your actual picture file. Your order reference number will then be generated and displayed. At this stage your image will have been uploaded and your order is complete.

If you prefer you may still pay online and post your images or you can send your payment with your photo / image and completed order form to:

Please note: Your photos will be returned to you with your order. However, if your photos are of sentimental value we suggest you use registered post or even better keep a copy of the originals as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage in the post when sending your photos to us.
Proofs
Once we have received and processed your order, if you have selected this option our design studio will e-mail or post you a proof. Following your approval your canvas will be printed, stretched and despatched at the earliest opportunity. Regrettably due to timescales we cannot offer an e-mail proof on FASTRACK orders.
Delivery
Most personalised gifts are despatched by courier within 5-7 days. During peak periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day & Father's Day please allow up to 14 days for delivery. For an additional charge we may be able to FASTRACK your order and despatch within 48 hours on a next day express courier delivery.
If ordering for Christmas, Mother's Day or Father's Day please state this within your order. For Christmas orders, please try and ensure that your orders are received and proofs, where required, agreed by 16th December.
