For an additional charge Imagetocanvas.com can expedite your order. Within the order form is an option to Fast Track the order through. This incurs an additional 25% onto the cost of the canvas, plus delivery costs. Top What is the minimum dpi requirement for a digital image? As the photos will be blown-up to a larger size it is very important that the scanned image has a high resolution (pixel count). The scanned image should be at least 300dpi, ideally around 600dpi. When will I get my original photos back? You will receive your original photos by courier together with your finished artwork. If the photo is of sentimental/monetary value please make a copy before sending it to us and ensure that you send it by registered post. Imagetocanvas.com makes every effort that your photos get back to you in the condition sent but cannot be held responsible for photos damaged or lost in transit. Can Imagetocanvas.com print out my own custom design? We welcome your custom designs. Simply provide us with your design in any of the following file formats at the highest resolution possible. The best file formats are - BMP, TIFF, JPG, PSD or EPS and we will be happy to print this out for you on canvas. What if I don't like the proof you send me? It is rare that our customers don’t like the original proof we send them. However, if you would like changes made, our Graphic Design Artists will offer you a couple of proof revisions and amendments. Further design time can be paid for if required. Top What is your Returns Policy? If for any reason you are unhappy with the end result, or anything related to your purchase please do not hesitate to contact us. Please be aware that in printing your canvas we are creating a personalised and custom product. Reprinting of your canvas will only be offered against genuine manufacturing / print defects, although we must stress that all prints are quality checked by two of our printers and packers prior to despatch. Because all our custom production is quality checked before packing, any refund requests of manufactuered orders will only be offered less full production, administration and packing & delivery costs. Can I send you an image which is not my own? Yes. But it is your responsibility to ensure that you have been granted the rights to the image in question and/or have obtained the relevant permissions. Top Will the print fade on my art piece? No. Imagetocanvas.com uses colourfast ink dyes guaranteed to last a very, very long time! How long will it take to process my order? You will typically receive your order 3-5 days either from agreement of your proof if one was requested or from receipt of your photos if no proof was requested. Allow up to 21 days during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother's Day & Father's Day. Please contact us for rush orders. All pieces are delivered via courier direct to your home or office. Who are Imagetocanvas.com? Imagetocanvas.com is a subsidiary of Sign Dynamics Ltd, a privately owned art and graphic design company based in Ipswich, Suffolk. Delivery Couriers are only paid to call once and will leave a card saying they have called if you are out. if you know you are likely to be out during the day then please leave instructions to leave the product securely i.e. with a neighbour or secure location in the 'if out' box. Alternatively you can select the 'deliver to work address' option. If a courier calls and you are out please use the card to contact the local depot and arrange collection from the depot. Unclaimed parcels are returned to us after one week and a 2nd charge will be made to resend again. |
